摘  要:超重力技术具有设备微型化、效率高、能耗低、易运转、安全可靠、适用性广等优点,符合当今社会简化工艺流程、强化化工过程、节能环保的发展要求,有着广阔的应用前景。重点介绍了超重力技术的基本原理、特点,以及近年来在化工、材料、生物和环保等领域的应用状况。改进超重力设备、完善其内部结构的研究将成为超重力技术突破的重点,以便于其应用于更多的领域,发挥更大的价值。High gravity technology(Higee) is one of the most promising technologies of chemical process intensification.It features several technical merits including equipment miniaturization,high efficiency,low energy consumption, operation ease,safety and reliability,as well as wide applicability.The technology is in line with the development needs of simplifying the technological process,intensifying the chemical process,and energy saving and environmental protection in current society,and it has broad application prospects in multiple fields.The basic principle,the technical features of Higee,and the progress of its application in chemical,materials,biological,and environmental industries in recent years were emphatically introduced.Future breakthroughs in the technology would be based on studies focusing on how to significantly improve the equipment by optimizing its internal structure insomuch as Higee can be applied to more fields and plays a greater role.
