摘 要:用硫酸与硫酸铵复配溶解轻烧氧化镁粉,研究了硫酸浓度,硫酸与硫酸铵配比、复配酸镁比、酸浸时间、酸浸温度、搅拌强度对轻烧氧化镁粉浸取率的影响。确定了最佳酸浸条件:硫酸质量分数为10.0%,硫酸与硫酸铵物质的量比为7∶3,复配酸与镁物质的量比为1.4∶1,反应温度为75℃,反应时间为40 min,搅拌强度为450 r/min。在此条件下轻烧氧化镁粉的浸取率可达96.29%。在最佳条件下制备的酸浸液经除杂得到硫酸镁溶液,再以氨水为沉淀剂制备出高纯氢氧化镁。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)、X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)对制备的氢氧化镁进行表征。结果表明,氢氧化镁纯度可达99.9%,颗粒呈"卡房"状,结晶良好,形貌规则,粒度分布均匀,平均粒径为24.55μm。The mixer of sulfuric acid and ammonium sulfate was taken to extract light calined magnesia powder.The effects of sulfuric acid concentration,mix ratio of sulfuric acid and ammonium sulfate,ratio of mixed acid and magnesium,leaching time,leaching temperature,and stirring intensity on leaching rate of light calined magnesia powder were investigated.The optimum experimental conditions were obtained:mass fraction of sulphuric acid was 10.0%,amount-of-substance ratio of sulfuric acid to ammonium sulfate was 7 ∶3,amount-of-substance ratio of mixed acid and magnesium was 1.4 ∶1,reacting temperature was 75 ℃,reacting time was 40 min,and whisking speed was 450 r/min.The extracted rate of light calined magnesia powder was 96.29% under these conditions.Magnesium sulfate can be got after removing iron,and high purity magnesium hydroxide was prepared by ammonia as the precipitator.The magnesium hydroxide samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The purity of magnesium hydroxide was over 99.9%.The magnesium hydroxide was crystallized and distributed well and particles showed regular ‘card room'shape with average size of 24.55 μm.
