摘  要:以硫酸氧钛为钛源,硫酸锌为诱导剂,采用液相沉积法制备纯锐钛矿型氟金云母钛珠光颜料。通过对制得的颜料进行扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)表征,探究了硫酸锌对颜料表面膜层微观结构和晶型诱导的影响,并探讨了反应条件对云母钛珠光度的影响,最终得到最佳工艺条件。以硫酸锌作为晶型促进剂,可在800℃下在15 min内制得纯锐钛矿型云母钛珠光颜料,并从结构的角度对硫酸锌的诱导作用进行了初步探讨。Anatase Ti O2-coated fluorophlogopite powders were prepared by the liquid chemical deposition method in the presence of titanyl sulfate as the titanium source and zinc sulfate as the crystal promoter.The influences of zinc sulfate on both the crystal phase transition of the Ti O2 coating on mica and the surface microstructure of the pigments were studied by SEM and XRD.The influence of different reaction conditions on the pigments′ pearlescent effect was discussed and the optimum process conditions were obtained.The anatase titania-mica pearlescent pigments were prepared at 800 ℃ for 15 min with zinc sulfate as the crystal promoter.Finally,the chemical inducing mechanism was also discussed according to the observation of the pearlescent pigment structure.
