摘 要:研究采用4-叔丁基-2-(α-甲苄基)酚(t-BAMBP)+磺化煤油的萃取体系,从提锂母液中萃取分离铯、铷,考察料液碱度、t-BAMBP浓度、萃取相比、洗涤相比等因素对铯、铷分离的影响。适宜工艺条件:t-BAMBP浓度为1 mol/L,料液碱度[c(OH-)]为0.4 mol/L,萃取相比(O/A)为0.5,萃取时间为3 min;洗水用0.1 mol/L的氯化钠溶液,洗涤相比(O/A)为1,洗涤时间为3 min。在此条件下,经8级分馏萃取(3级萃取、5级洗涤),铯萃取率达99.79%,铷98.89%留在水相中,铯、铷分离效果较好。The process o f separating Cs and Rb from mother liquor after extracting lithium was investigated by using 4-t-butyl-2(α-methylbenzy) phenol(t-BAMBP) as extractant and sulfonated kerosene as thinner.The effects of alkalinity,concentration of t-BAMBP,extraction phase ratio,washing phase ratio,and other related factors on the separation of Cs and Rb were investigated.The optimal conditions were as follows:t-BAMBP+sulfonated kerosene system of 1.0 mol/L,c(OH^-)=0.4 mol/L,extraction phase ratio of 0.5,extracting time of 3 min,0.1 mol/L NaCl solution as washing liquor,washing phase ratio of 1,and washing time of 3 min.Under these conditions with eight-stage(three-stage extraction and five-stage washing)fractionation extraction,the extraction rate of Cs was 99.79%,and 98.89% of Rb was kept in the aqueous phase.The separating effect of Cs and Rb was very good.
