摘 要:采用磷酸浸取炼钨含磷钙渣,研究了炼钨含磷钙渣回收和制备石膏晶须的联合生产工艺。酸浸过程,考察了溶解助剂用量、磷酸质量分数、反应温度、反应时间等因素对含磷钙渣浸取率的影响。结果表明,当溶解助剂用量为0.5%(质量分数)、磷酸质量分数为35%、反应温度为90℃、反应时间为90 min条件下,含磷钙渣浸取率能够达到99%,剩余固体含钨量达到富矿程度,可用于炼钨。石膏晶须制备过程,用质量分数为50%的硫酸与磷酸浸取液反应,可副产长径比为50以上、白度达到95%的高品质硫酸钙晶须。该方法可为炼钨含磷钙渣资源化利用提供一条新途径。A new process of recycling phosphorus and calcium contained tungsten slag and joint production of gypsum whisker by extraction of phosphoric acid was introduced.The effects of dissolution assistant amount,mass fraction of phosphoric acid,reaction temperature,and reaction time on the leaching rate of the slag were investigated.Results showed when the dissolution assistant amount was 0.5%(mass fraction),mass fraction of phosphoric acid was 35%,reaction temperature was 90 ℃,and reaction time was 90 min,the leaching rate of the slag could reach 99%.The tungsten content in the remained solid reached high grade ore level,which could be used for tungsten refining.At the same time,the phosphoric acid extract liquor was reacted with 50%(mass fraction) sulfuric acid,and then a high-quality gypsum whisker with lengthdiameter ratio over 50 and whiteness more than 95% could be obtained as by-product.A new process is provided for the effective use of tungsten slag.
