摘 要:探讨人发蛋白用于棉织物防紫外线整理的工艺和效果。利用自制的人发蛋白液对氧化棉织物进行防紫外线整理。通过人发蛋白浓度、pH值、整理温度和整理时间的单因素对比试验,以防紫外线性能为测试指标,对整理工艺进行了优选,并测试了人发蛋白棉织物的微观形态、红外光谱和耐洗牢度。试验表明:人发蛋白棉织物理想整理工艺为人发蛋白25g/L,pH值6,时间2h,温度50℃;人发蛋白与氧化棉织物反应生成席夫碱并在纤维表面吸附成膜;制备的人发蛋白棉织物具有良好的防紫外线性能和耐洗牢度。认为人发蛋白可用于棉织物的防紫外线整理。Process and effect of human hair protein used for cotton fabric anti-ultraviolet finishing were discussed. Anti-ultraviolet finishing was performed on oxidized cotton fabric with self-made human hair protein solu- tion. Finishing processes were optimized by single factor comparison test of human hair protein concentration,pH value, finishing temperature and finishing time using anti-ultraviolet property as test index. Micromorphology,infrared spectrum and wash fastness of human hair protein cotton fabric were tested. The test results show that the ideal finishing process of hair protein cotton fabric is with human hair protein content 25 g/L,pH value as 6 ,time as 2 h and temperature at 50 ℃. Human hair protein reacts with oxidized cotton fabric,Schiff base is generated and film is formed after absorption on fiber surface. Anti-ultraviolet property and wash fastness of human hair protein cotton fabric produced is better. It is considered that human hair protein can be used for the anti-ultraviolet finishing of cotton fabric.
