摘  要:优化泡沫上浆工艺。以浆纱后纱线增强率、减伸率、增磨率、毛羽降低率以及上浆率为评价指标,对泡比、浆液浓度、压浆辊压力以及上浆速度4个参数进行正交试验设计,从而找出较佳泡沫上浆工艺参数方案。试验表明:泡比、浆液浓度对泡沫上浆的浆纱质量有较为显著的影响,压浆辊压力次之,而上浆速度则对其无显著影响。认为应针对不同纱线品种,综合各方面因素来选取泡沫上浆较佳工艺参数方案。Foaming sizing technological parameters are optimized. Strength increase percentage, elongation reduction percentage,wear resistance increase, hairiness decrease percentage of yarn after sizing and sizing percentage were taken as evaluation indexes. Orthogonal test was designed for four parameters including foam percentage,size concentration, sizing pressure and sizing speed, the optimized foam sizing technological parameter scheme was got. The test results show yarn quality after foam sizing is effected mostly by form percentage and size concentration, pressure of squeezing roller is the next while sizing speed has no obvious influence. It is considered that foam sizing technological parameters scheme should be selected according to different yarn variety and synthesizing each parameter.
