摘  要:探讨不同混和方式对色纺纱混和均匀性的影响规律。介绍了色纺纱生产中通常采用棉包混和、棉条混和、棉包混和与棉条混和相结合的3种混棉方式。通过对3种混和方式生产的色纺纱进行切片成像对比分析,从单纱截面纤维分布来看,以棉包混和与棉条混和相结合的混和方式生产的色纺纱混和均匀性、稳定性最好。同时,对色纺纱生产过程中的色差控制也提出了具体的管理措施。认为:在保证色纺纱混和均匀性的前提下,应避免重复使用机械性混和,防止对纤维性能造成较大伤害,以采用柔性混和方式较佳。Influence principle of different blending methods on blending uniformity of colored spun yarn was discussed. Three kinds of common blending methods used in colored spun yarn including package blending, silver blending and package blending combined with silver blending were introduced. Comparison and analyses of sectioned imaging were operated for colored spun yarns with three kinds of blending methods. Viewed from fiber distribution of single yarn section,colored spun yarns produced with package blending combined with silver blending have better blending uniformity and better stability. At the same time, specific management measures for color difference control in colored spinning process were put forward. It is considered that reduplicate mechanical blending usage should be avoided under the premise of ensuring blending uniformity of colored spun yarn. Larger harm to fiber should be prevented. Adopting flexible blending method is a better choice.
