摘  要:探讨阳离子改性涤纶锦纶羊毛混纺针织纱的生产技术要点。介绍了阳离子改性涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维和羊毛纤维的性能特点。首先对锦纶纤维和羊毛纤维进行预处理;分别将阳离子改性涤纶、锦纶、羊毛三种纤维的混和料和阳离子改性涤纶分别纺制成梳棉生条,再由并条混和;通过优化工艺配置和纺专器材,顺利纺制出阳离子改性涤纶/锦纶/羊毛80/10/10 10.7tex针织纱。认为:采用包混和条混相结合的混和方式,纺纱各工序采用较大的隔距配置,可保证混和均匀和生产的顺利进行。Production technology key points of positive ion modified polyester polyamide wool blended knitting yarn were discussed. Properties of positive ion modified polyester fiber,polyamide fiber and wool were introduced. Pre-treatment of polyamide fiber and wool were firstly implemented. Then card silvers were spun by positive ion modified polyester polyamide wool blended material and positive ion modified polyester respectively. Blending was performed in drawing process. Through optimization of process configuration and specific spinning equipment, positive ion modified polyester fiber/polyamide fiber/wool 80/10/10 10. 7 tex knitting yarn was successfully spun. It is considered that uniform blending and successful production can be ensured by adopting blending method combining package blending and silver blending, using larger gauge in each spinning process.
