摘　　要：本项目属于提标改造工程,综合废水处理流程采用调节-初沉-气浮--兼氧-SBR-中间水池-生物滤池-排放的工艺处理制革废水.工程经过3个月的调试,现已正常运行,处理后的出水水质为pH：6～9,COD≤100mg/L,SS≤50mg/L,氨氮≤25 mg/L,总铬≤1.5mg/L.符合《制革与毛皮加工工业水污染物排放标准》规定的排放水质要求.本工艺最大改造点是SBR＋生物滤池工艺,利用生物滤池的硝化、亚硝化反应达到脱氮目的,对制革企业的污水处理站改造有-定的借鉴意义.This project belongs to the improvement of the standard of the project,and the process of the comprehensive wastewater treatment process is regulated by the regulation of the process of adjustment,the initial sedimentation and air flotation,and the process of the treatment of the wastewater from the process of the biological filter and the biological filter.Engineering after 3 months of debugging, is now in normal operation,the effluent water quality after the treatment for pH:6 ~ 9,cod is less than or equal to 100mg / L,SS is less than or equal to 50 mg / L,ammonia nitrogen is less than or equal to 25 mg / L,total chromium is less than or equal to 1.5mg/l.Comply with "leather and fur processing industrial water pollutant discharge standards" provisions of the discharge water quality requirements. The biggest improvement point of this process is the process of SBR+ biological filter,the use of biological filter to achieve the purpose of denitrification,nitrification,denitrification,and the transformation of the sewage treatment station of a certain significance.
