摘　　要：农地使用权信托流转既是农地流转方式的创新,也是一种金融创新。我国农地使用权信托流转呈现出受托主体商业化、操作方式多样化、参与环节全程化的发展趋势,也面临着政治、运作、法律、粮食安全、农民权益保障等风险。在法律上应从确定适格农地信托流转关系人,建立农地信托流转登记制度、农地信托流转纠纷解决机制及多层次、动态农地信托流转监管机制进行完善。The trust transfer of rural land use right is not only the innovation way of farmland circulation, also is a kind of financial innovation. In China, the trust transfer of rural land use right presents the development trend ,such as the trustee commercial, operation mode diversification, participate in the whole course ,at the same time, It is faced with the risks of political, operational, legal, food security and farmers'rights and interests protection. In law, it will be perfected from determining eligibility stakeholders, building registration system, multi-level dispute settlement mechanism, and dynamic supervision mechanism of rural land trust circulation.
