摘 要:针对10 kV XLPE电缆中间接头制作了两种人工典型缺陷:主绝缘内部轴向气隙缺陷、主绝缘表面轴向划痕缺陷,并采用逐级升压法来加速接头的劣化过程。测量不同加压阶段的局部放电表征参量(放电功率、脉冲重复率、放电量等),并分析其随时间的变化趋势及不同阶段局部放电相位谱图的变换特征。结果表明:平均放电功率和放电量可以很好地表征局部放电发展趋势,且通过对比两种缺陷发现,外半导电层断口处主绝缘表面划痕气隙危害程度更大。In order to study the development of partial discharge of different defects,two kinds of artificial typical defects,including insulation surface scratch and void inside insulation of 10 kV cable joint were designed. For each defect model,different applying voltage was designed to accelerate the process of degradation. Afterwards the curves of PD characteristics( including average discharge power,pulse repetition rate,apparent charge etc.) changing with time were generated. Analysis of the phase resolved of partial discharge( PRPD) and other PD characteristics,the result shows that it is useful to analyse the trend of partial discharge behavior with average discharge power and apparent charge,and the insulation surface scratch defect is more harmful than the void inside insulation of cable joint.
