无缝隙护理管理在产科中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的观察并探讨无缝隙护理管理在产科的应用效果。方法将该院产科2014年1月—10月收治的50例产妇作为研究对象,将入选产妇随机均分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予无缝隙护理管理,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的护理满意度、心理舒适度均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理管理模式在产科可提高产妇的护理满意度和心理舒适度,值得临床推广。Objective To observe and discuss application effect of seamless nursing management in the department of obstetrics. Method 50 cases of puerpera treated in the hospital between January 2014 and October 2014 were as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Observation group was given seamless nursing management while control group was given routine nursing care. Nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The nursing satisfaction and psychological comfort in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Seamless nursing management mode in obstetric can improve nursing satisfaction degree and psychological comfort of puerpera and is worthy of clinical popularization.
