摘　　要：林琴南发表武侠题材文言短篇系列小说《技击余闻》后,钱基博仿其体例,撰写《技击余闻补》,在《小说月报》上连载。钱基博仿写有"文人争名"之嫌,文章认为钱主观上是"逞强好胜",客观上"补其阙略",钱林之争反映了古代文人固执性格的趋同与对立。Lin Qinnan published the classical Chinese short stories with knight-errant theme Fighting That I Lis-tened ,Qian Jibo paced its follow ,wrote Supplement About Fighting That I Listened and it was continuously published in Short Story Monthly ,which made the suspicion of fighting for reputation .This paper points out that Qian“seeks to prevail over others” subjectively and“filled the omitted story”objectively .The conflict between Qian and Lin reflects the conver-gence and opposition of ancient literati’s stubborn character .
