摘　　要：德国综合性大学以其在高等教育体系中"母机"的地位,对德国社会发展一直发挥着基础性且不可替代的作用。其中,综合性大学通过直接或间接推动科研成果的产出进而促进经济的发展与繁荣,可为例证。鉴于此,我们应强调以综合性大学为载体,加强基础学科建设,明晰高质量学术类人才对社会发展的作用,以及正视"大学合并"、"211"工程、"985工程"等历史上所出现过的促进综合性大学发展的改革成果,当为德国经验给我们的启示。The comprehensive universities in Germany stay the position of the “tools” in the high-er education system,and they have been played a basic and irreplaceable role in the German society. Due to this,they promote economic development and prosperity through the direct and indirect promo-tion of the output of scientific research results. In view of this ,the German experience can provide en-lightenment with us by emphasizing comprehensive universities as a carrier ,strengthening the construc-tion of basic discipline,making it clear the high quality academic talents for the social development, and contemplating university merge,“211 Project”,“985 Project” and the achievements in the reform of university development in history.
