图书馆学研究领域中女性的学术表现——基于对《中国图书馆学报》2004-2013年的载文分析

摘　　要：以CNKI为数据源,采用文献计量学分析法、引文分析法、数理统计法等对《中国图书馆学报》近十年女性作者的发文量、发文时年龄、研究主题、被引用情况等多项指标进行归类、排序、统计分析,旨在揭示女性学者在图书馆学研究领域的学术表现和特点,并分析造成这种现象的原因,以期促进女性学者在该领域更好的发展。In this paper ,all of data were from CNKI ,under the analysis methods of bibliometrics ,citation and mathematic statistics ,and were categorized ,sorted and analyzed with a number of indices ,such as pa‐per amount ,authors age ,research topics ,number of papers cited and so on .Aiming at the female scholars'academic performance and characteristics in library science research ,and analyzing the reasons of the phe‐nomenon ,in order to promote the development of female scholars in this field .
