摘　　要：为了研究MATLAB的仿真功能,文章建立了一个关于印刷包装方面的张力模型,首先利用了MATLAB强大的仿真建模能力,设计出一个张力的仿真模型,并且在此基础上用了PID控制,最后建立了一个卷筒织印刷机张力控制系统的仿真模型。相关的多个张力干扰因素也做了对比研究仿真,最终在不同干扰占主导因素时都得出了相应的的张力控制系统仿真数据结果。To study the MATLAB simulation capabilities, the article establish a tension on the printed packaging model, the first advantage of the power of MATLAB simulation modeling, the design of a tension of the simulation model, and on this basis, with the PID control, and finally establishment a reel tension control system woven printer simulation model. A plurality of tension interference factors also made a comparative study of the simulation, the ultimate interference in different factors have come to dominate the corresponding tension control system simulation data results.
