摘　　要：模具出厂后,其使用过程中的相关信息得不到有效记录,在对模具整体生产状态、生产效率及寿命周期进行评估时缺乏准确的数据支持。文章基于Wi-Fi技术,并结合嵌入式技术设计了一种针对模具生产信息采集的信息化模组,对模具的压模次数、开模时间、开机率、寿命周期等信息进行采集、存储、并定时发送到数据收集服务器,达到了模具信息化管理的目的。测试结果表明,本模组数据采集精确度高,系统稳定性好,网络传输可靠性高。After mold leave factory,There is no valid record of relevant information in the process of using.thus it is lack of exactly data to evaluate it＇s overall production state,production efficiency and life cycle.In this paper, a kind of informatization module based on the technology of Wi-Fi and embeded system for mold＇s production information collection was designed. Mold＇s information such as stamping times,production time,operation rate, life cycle will be collected,storaged and regularly sent to data server.which achieved the purpose of mold＇s informatization management.The test shows that the module has collected could fully get hold of mold＇s working state. high data collecting accuracy,excellent system stability,the data
