摘　　要：随着国家全面推进三网融合,广电行业在现代化信息技术不断发展的支持下,作为核心业务的数字电视业务已基本推广完成,新的目光已瞄向新的利润增长点业务:宽带业务。文章从广电行业的角度,通过对工单管理系统的设计及实现过程,提出了以引入工作流来解决工单快速安装、及时维护、有效监督等问题的解决方案,提高了广电行业对工单的精细化管理,为开展新业务提供了有力保障。Along with the national comprehensive promoting the integration of the three networks, radio and television industry in support of the continuous development of modern information technology, as the core business of digital TV business has been basically popularized complete, new eye sight to the new profit growth point of business： broadband business. Article from the angle of radio, film and television industry, through the work order management system design and implementation process proposed to introduce workflow to solve single rapid installation and maintenance in a timely manner, efficient supervision of solutions and improve the radio and television industry to work order of fine management, to develop new business to provide a strong guarantee.
