摘　　要：随着通信行业的不同业务的需求与发展,话务台系统也紧跟着业务需求而定制。文章分析了数字座席系统2.0版本,该版本描述的是话务台系统的软、硬件模块、工作原理、系统维护和配置命令、故障告警和处理以及有关注意事项。With the development of the communication industry＇s different business needs, the telephone system is also followed by the business needs and customization.
