摘  要:针对轴承磨床调整偏心主要凭工人经验调整,偏心量不好确定,且调整时间太长的问题,将原无心夹具改进为机外预调,不仅能够满足快速换型的要求,并且可以将偏心值量化,每次调整的偏心都很准确,降低了对工人操作技能的要求,操作简单,提高了机床的工作效率。As the eccentricity adjustment ofthe bearing grinder mainly depends on operator's experience and is hard to define with long adjusting time, it makes the centerless chuck become the pre-setting system which not only meets the requirement of fast transformation, but alsocan realized the quantification of the eccentricity, ensuring the accuracy of eccentricity,decreasing the requirement ofoperators'setting experience,easy to operate as well as improving its working efficiency.
