摘 要:以医药中间体4-AA生产为例,对医药中间体行业生产过程中VOCs主要产排过程进行了分析。从企业层面提出了VOCs全过程污染控制思路:严格控制工艺废气VOCs排放、生产设备密封点泄漏、储罐和装卸过程挥发损失、废水废液废渣系统逸散等环节及非正常工况排污。通过采用先进的生产工艺、实施工艺改进,做好生产环节和废水废液废渣系统密闭处理,采用先进的罐型和装卸方式等措施,从源头减少VOCs的泄漏排放;对具有回收价值的工艺废气、储罐呼吸气和装卸废气进行回收利用;对难以回收利用的废气按照相关要求处理。Based on manufacture of pharmaceutical intermediate 4-AA, the main production and emission processes of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) were analyzed in this paper. A route of whole process of VOCs pollution control at the enterprise level was proposed. Strict control of emissions of waste gas VOCs, production equipment seal leakage, Storage air loss, loading and unloading process air loss, Wastewater effluent waste residue system loss, and emissions at abnormal operation condition. Use advanced production technology, implement process improvements. Intensify sealed treatment on production processes and wastewa-tereffluent waste residue system. Use advanced tank type and loading-unloading process. Reduce VOCsemission from the source. Recycle valuable material from process exhaust, tank breathing, and loading-unloading exhaust. Processwaste gas difficult to recycle according to relevant requirements.
