关于“乞丐入馆案”讨论的分析和思考

摘　　要：一场关于"乞丐入馆案"的讨论自2011年展开。以84篇相关文献为对象,该案讨论参与者分析研究发现:对于该案关注程度最高的群体,并非出自图书馆界,一方面反映了界内的冷漠,另一方面却也显示出图书馆权利的社会过程之跨越单纯学术探讨的趋势。该案相关文献的论及方式、论述角度、所持观点及资料引证的分析表明:资料引证要把握引证的字面准确性和引证逻辑的合理性。A discussion on the case of homeless people accessing Hangzhou Public Library has been launched since 2011. Through the analysis of contributors of the discussion in the related 84 literature, it is found that those who paid most attention to this case were not from libraries, which by one hand reflected the libraries＇ indifference, by the other hand showed the trend of the discussion crossing the border of the pure academic discussing in the social process of Chinese library rights. And the analysis of the related literature on how they discussed the case, what their viewpoints were, and how they cited references points out the importance of the literal accuracy and the logic rationality in the academic should be valued.
