摘　　要：传统资源荐购服务的流程往往会影响读者的参与热情。北京师范大学图书馆对资源荐购流程进行了调整,将学科馆员嵌入资源荐购的宣传与组织、状态跟踪反馈阶段,使其为读者提供荐购拓展服务及多种类型的资源荐购服务。这样既可打通资源与服务的壁垒,将资源荐购工作推向深入;又能融合多种服务方式,使读者的需求得到全方位保障;同时还可增强图书馆与读者间的互动与交流,激发读者的参与热情。The process of the traditional resource recommendation service used to reduce reader＇s participation enthusiasm. Beijing Normal University Library optimized the resource recommendation process. The subject librarian is embedded in the process of propaganda, organizing, and service tracing feedback, which provides expanding services and various types of resource recommendation service. In this way, the barriers between the resource and the service would be broken, and the resource recommendation would get intensive development. It would give readers comprehensive guarantee by various services. Besides, the service can also strengthen the communication between librarians and readers, and arouse the reader＇s participate enthusiasm.
