摘　　要：目的:研究利奈唑胺对人血小板的凋亡作用。方法:用两步离心法制备人富血小板血浆并纯化血小板,用酶联免疫吸附法检测乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)评价血小板损伤程度,用Annexin V法检测磷酯酰丝氨酸外翻,用比色法检测Caspase-3活性。结果:与空白对照组相比,利奈唑胺剂给药4 h可剂量依赖性引起磷酯酰丝氨酸外翻增加,Caspase-3活性增加。150μg·m L-1利奈唑胺给药4 h可引起血小板LDH释放增加。结论:利奈唑胺可引起人血小板凋亡。Objective： To study the effect of linezolid on the apoptosis of human platelet. Methods： Two-step centrifugation was used for platelet enrichment and purification. LDH concentration in the supematant was determined by ELISA, phosphatidylserine （PS） exposure by Annexin V-binding, and the activation of Caspase-3 by colorimetry. Results： Four hours exposure to linezolid triggered Annexin V-binding, activated Caspase-3 in dose dependent manner. Linezolid 150μg.mL-1.4 h-1 can stimulate the release of LDH. Conclusion： Linezolid can induce the apoptosis of human platelet.
