摘　　要：目的探讨个性化护理在小儿肺炎支原体感染中的应用效果。方法选取2012年2月—2014年2月在达州市中西医结合医院治疗的70例肺炎支原体感染患儿,随机分为对照组与干预组,各35例。干预组给予个性化护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组患儿护理总满意度、疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果干预组患儿总满意度、总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理可显著提高小儿肺炎支原体感染的疗效及满意度,减少不良反应的发生,临床效果明确。Objective To study the application effect of personalized care in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods From February 2012 to February 2014 in Dazhou Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital, a total of 70 mycoplasma pneumoniae infection children were selected and randomly divided into control group and intervention group, 35 cases in each group. The intervention group were treated with person alized care, the control group were treated with conventional care, the satisfaction, efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The total satisfaction, the total efficiency of intervention group were higher than those of control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Personalized care can significantly improve the efficacy of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children, and it can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, its clinical effects is clear.
