全息穴针刺配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨对腰椎间盘突出症患者采用全息穴针刺配合推拿治疗的临床效果。方法:对我院接收并治疗的80例患者的入院资料进行分析,根据入院时间顺序将这些患者分为两组,每组有40例患者。对照组采用常规针刺方法治疗,实验组采用全息穴针刺推拿治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果等指标。结果:实验组患者的治疗总有效率为95%,高于对照组(85%)(P<0.05);实验组中有38例患者对我院的治疗方法比较满意,满意率为95%,高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:临床上,医疗人员对腰椎间盘突出症患者采用全息穴针刺配合推拿治疗,效果较好,治疗后能够有效改善患者的临床症状,减轻患者的痛苦,值得推广使用。Objective： To investigate clinical effects of acupuncture plus massage on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods： 80 patients were divided into two groups, each group for 40 patients. The control group was treated by routine acupuncture therapy. The experimental group accepted acupuncture and massage. Clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results： In the experimental group the total efficiency was 95%, higher than that in the control group （85%） （P〈0.05）. 38 cases in the experimental group was satisfied. The satisfactory rate was 95%, higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating prolapseof lumbar intervertebral disc by acupuncture plus massage can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the suffering of patients, is worthy of promotion.
