摘　　要：陈一鸣主任医师为国内知名糖尿病专家,注重合参中西医学,辨证辨病及辨因相结合,在中西医结合创新思路方面颇有建树。在西医学习中医过程中,结合近五十年临床实践,总结了诸多心得,包括中西医体系的形成、基本概念、病因、诊法、治疗、研究思路,并探讨了中西医结合的可行性。笔者通过列举中西医结合用药,窥见陈一鸣临证中灵活多变的思维模式,对临床有所启发。CHEN Yi-ming, director of the physician to domestic well-known diabetes experts, paid attention to the integrated Chinese and western medicine, disease syndrome differentiation. In the aspect of Chinese and western medicine combined with innovative ideas to have done. In the learning process of traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine in combination with nearly 50 years of clinical practice, summed up a lot of experience, including the formation of the system of Chinese and western medicine, basic concept, etiology, it, treatment, research train of thought and discusses the feasibility of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine. The author through the list of Chinese and western medicine combined with medication, see CHEN Yi-ming flexibility of thinking mode in order to inspire the clinical.
