对急性化脓性乳腺炎实施脓腔冲洗合并加压包扎治疗的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:研究急性化脓性乳腺炎患者在临床治疗中,采用脓腔冲洗联合加压包扎方案的效果。方法:将我院收治的急性化脓性乳腺炎患者48例作为研究对象,随机分为两个组别。其中一组采用常规药物治疗,另一组采用脓腔冲洗联合加压包扎治疗。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果,以及并发症和复发情况。结果:试验组治疗有效共计33例(95.8%),高于对照组的18例(75.0%);患者体温恢复、脓液消退、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率为4.2%,没有复发情况出现;对照组并发症发生率为12.5%,复发率为8.3%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于急性化脓性乳腺炎患者而言,脓腔冲洗联合加压包扎治疗效果确切,具有操作简单、成本低廉、治疗时间短的特点,能够减少并发症和复发率,有利于母婴健康。Objective：To study the effect of pus cavity irrigation combined with compression bandaging scheme on acute suppurative mastiffs. Methods： 48 cases with acute suppurative mastitis in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups. One group was treated with conventional medicine, while the other group was treated with pus cavity irrigation combined with compression bandaging in order to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results： 33 cases （95.8%） in the experimental group were effective, more than that of the control group 18 cases （75%）, the body temperature recovery, the pus liquid regression, the length of hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The complication rote in the experimental group was 4.2%, there was no recurrence, the control group was 12.5%, the recurrence rate was 8.3%, there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： For acute suppurative mastiffs patients, pus cavity flushing and compression bandaging treatment is effective, which has the characteristics of simple operation, low cost, short treatment time with low complications and the recurrence rate. It is conducive to the mammal and infant health.
