论北农科技园的科普教育与文化辐射功能

摘　　要：要提高大学生科普能力，高校应该发挥其孵化器的作用，为学生提供更多的实践平台，更多地将理论转化为实践。文章认为大学科技园建设与提升高校大学生科普志愿者能力有紧密联系，从而分析了北农科技园运作制度、体系与承担的科普教育职能等基本问题。北农科技园的科普教育职能主要体现在园区功能分区、园区发展环境、园区科普旅游开展三个方面。最后讨论认为：北农科技园运作是生态农业科普教育与科普旅游的良好载体，兼顾经济效应、社会效益、生态效益，合理运作之后具有一定文化辐射带动作用。To improve college students＇ ability of science colleges and universities will play the role of the incubator to provide students with more practice platforms and more opportunities to make theories into practicing. It is thought that there is close contact between Bei-Nong science park construction and promotion of college students＇ ability of popular science. So it is analyzed that the basic problems of Bei-Nong science park operation system is to take the science education function etc. At the end we think Bei-Nong science park operation with economic effects social benefits and ecological benefits, is ecological agriculture science education of good vehicle, and its operational function has a certain radiation leading role.
