不同科室生殖道解脲支原体与人型支原体感染与药敏结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析皮肤科、妇产科、不育与性医学科及泌尿外科解脲支原体(Uu)与人型支原体(Mh)的感染情况及药物敏感结果。方法收集中山大学附属第三医院皮肤科、妇产科、不育与性医学科及泌尿外科患者的泌尿生殖道支原体培养及药敏试验结果并进行分析。结果 2012年6月至2014年6月共收集支原体培养阳性标本3 537例,单独Uu、单独Mh及混合感染分别为3 392例、45例、278例。不同科室支原体菌种构成比存在差异,对阿奇霉素、克拉霉素及强力霉素敏感性也存在差异。Mh对阿奇霉素、克拉霉素的敏感率明显低于Uu。结论不同科室泌尿生殖道支原体菌种的分布及药物敏感率存在一定的差异,临床上应注意根据药敏结果选择抗菌药物。Objective To analyze the infection and drug resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticum（Uu）and Mycoplasma hominis（Mh）isolated from different clinical departments.Methods The results of culturing and drug susceptibility test of mycoplasma isolated from the urogenital tracts of patients in the departments of Dermatology and Venerology,Obstetrics and Gynecology,Infertility and Sexual Medicine,and Urological Surgery at our hospital were collected and analyzed.Result A total of 3,537 positive samples from June2012 to June 2014 were collected,which included 3,392 cases of Uu,45 cases of Mh and 278 cases of mixed infection of Uu and Mh.The constituent ratio of these mycoplasma and their susceptibility to AZI,CLA and DXO were different among different departments.The Susceptibility rate of Mh to AZI and CLA was obviously lower than that of Uu.Conclusion The distribution and drug sensitivity of mycoplasma strains are different among different clinical departments.Doctors should choose drugs depending on drug susceptibility test results.
