摘  要:大同煤田11#煤层坚硬顶板在回采过程中垮落困难,易在支架后方形成悬板。因此,选型悬移支架时需要考虑支架额定工作阻力必须能够承载上覆岩体切顶瞬间的最大荷载。通过研究工作面推进过程中悬板形成过程、悬移支架阻力分布特征及顶板压力显现规律,建立力学模型,确定悬移支架技术参数的经验公式,并且提出悬移支架切顶瞬间后立柱抗弯强度校验公式。通过北辛窑矿11#煤层11101工作面悬移支架合理选型使用,验证了经验公式具有应用价值。The hard roof of No.11 coal seam in Datong coalfield is difficult to collapse in the process of mining,which is easy to form a hanging slabs behind the supports.When selecting the type of cantilever supports,the rated working resistance of supports must be able to carry the peak load of overlying roof cutting.By studying on the hanging slabs formation process,characteristics of resistance distribution and roof behaviors law in the process of face advance,the mechanical model was established,the empirical formulas of technical parameters of cantilever supports were confirmed,and the check formulas of rear pillar flexure strength after roof cutting were put forward.The reasonable cantilever supports model selecting and using in 11101 working face of No.11 coal seam in Beixinyao Coal Mine verified that the empirical formulas had application value.
