摘 要:针对中马村矿2333工作面复杂条件下沿空掘巷工程中存在的巷道围岩控制技术难题,进行了大断面沿空掘巷锚索网支护方案设计,并采用UDEC二维数值模拟软件进行模拟验证,结果表明锚网索支护方案可有效减小巷道变形,但是巷道煤柱侧帮变形严重,因而增加实施深浅孔注浆及喷浆工艺对巷道煤柱侧帮进行加固。工程实践表明锚索网支护、巷帮注浆及喷浆方法的联合使用有效控制了巷道变形。Aimed at the technical problems of roadway surrounding rock control existing in gob-side entry driving engineering with complex conditions in No.2333 working face of Zhongmacun Mine,the anchor net supporting scheme was designed,which was simulated and verified by using numerical simulation software UDEC 2D.The results indicated that the supporting scheme could decrease the deformation of roadway,but the lateral wall of roadway coal pillar deformed seriously,so deep-shallow hole grouting and gunite techniques were carried out to strengthen the lateral wall of roadway coal pillar.The engineering practices showed that the combined application of anchor net supporting and grouting and gunite techniques controlled the roadway deformation effectively.
