摘　　要：我国已经逐渐步入人口老龄化社会,骨质疏松症尤其是绝经后骨质疏松症已经影响到中老年妇女的生活质量。如何防治绝经后骨质疏松症已经成为一个重要的研究课题。收集大量关于葛根素的试验及临床报道,从骨质疏松症临床、成骨细胞的增殖、破骨细胞的抑制及骨强度等方面分析,总结了近几年其在绝经后骨质疏松症防治方面取得的重大的研究成果。With the lapse of time,our country is entering into the aging societygradually. Osteoporosis,especially postmenopausal osteoporosis has already affected on the quality of the elderly women life. How to prevent postmenopausal osteoporosis has become an important research topic. Collected a large number of experimental and clinical reports about puerarin,from the analysis of osteoporosis clinical,osteoblasts proliferation,inhibiting the osteoclast and bone strength etc. Summarizes the major research achievements have been made in recent years in the postmenopausal osteoporosis prevention. Draw a conclusion,puerarin has a broad prospect.
