摘　　要：玛咖是生长于南美安第斯山脉的一种具有强壮身体、促进性欲、提高生育力、改善性功能、抗贫血、抗抑郁、抗疲劳、抗癌、抗白血病、治疗更年期综合征等作用的药食两用植物,因其具有良好的保健功能和多方面的奇特功效,越来越受到人们的广泛关注,但基于玛咖的生物和药理活性的作用物质基础尚不明确,并处在不断的研究当中,通过对玛咖的化学成分和药理作用进行阐述,为促进和推广玛咖在我国的应用开发提供了参考依据。Lepidium meyenii is native to Peruvian Andes,and is a rare medicine and food plant from high mountains. A large number of studies have shown that Lepidium meyenii has the role of improving the body,raising fertility,improving sexual function,enhancing immunity,resisting oxidation,pressure resistance,fatigue resistance and anti-cancer,and it has also very good therapeutic effects on depression and anemia,alleviating menopausal syndrome,received the widespread attention of people. Based on the biological and pharmacological activities of Lepidium meyenii is not yet clear,and are constantly study. The aspects of researches on pharmacological effects in Lepidium meyenii were reviewed,in order to provide a reference for further scientific production and reasonable utilization in our country.
