论村上春树小说中的疗愈与心理治疗法的契合——以《没有色彩的多崎作和他的巡礼之年》为例

摘　　要：《没有色彩的多崎作和他的巡礼之年》是村上春树继《挪威的森林》之后第一部回归现实的作品。在这部被村上春树自己定义为成长小说的作品中,能感受到浓厚的疗愈色彩。与现实社会相近的人物背景设定和故事框架给读者提供了一个情感"体验"的机会与平台;多崎作的巡礼之旅则隐喻了当今社会的人们对"自我"的寻觅与追求。无论是情感"体验"还是隐喻"游戏"都能发现与心理疗法的契合点,可以说具有心理治疗的作用。Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage is Hruki Murakami＇s first piece of work on the real world after his Norwegian Wood. From this novel, which is defined by the author himself as a novel of his initiation, a strong curing effect can be felt. Its character setting and story framework that is similar to the real world offers the readers an opportunity and a platform for their emotional ＂experience＂ . Tsukuru Tazaki＇s pilgrimage is a metaphor for today＇s people searching and pursuing their ＂ego self＇. Whether it is the emotional ＂experience＂ or the ＂game＂ of the metaphor, we could find a common ground between them and the psychotherapy. That is, they both have effects in psychological treatment.
