巴彦淖尔市蒙餐饭店名的语言文化探究

摘　　要：蒙餐饭店名是社会应用语言中的一类专有语汇,其开放的信息系统蕴含着丰富的语言文化内涵。巴彦淖尔市蒙餐饭店名的语言文化探究从三方面展开:构成分析、语义生成及文化透视。蒙餐饭店名称结构清晰,构成类型成系统,其语义生成具有蒙汉双重语言及其文化资源。巴彦淖尔市的蒙餐店名彰显了蒙古族的文化传统,展示了民族文化与地域文化的特色,并传达着时代的风尚。The name of the restaurants selling Mongolian Food belongs to a class of proprietary vocabulary with an open information system that contains rich language and culture connotation. The linguistic and cultural connotation in the names of such restaurants in Bayannur is studied from three aspects in this paper： composition analysis, semantic generation and cultural perspective. Based on this, the author finds that the name of such restaurants bears a clear structure and reflects a complete forming system, and their semantic generation benefits from both Chinese and Mongolian language and culture. In addition, the author argues that the name of such restaurants in Bayannur reveals the Mongolian cultural tradition, demonstrates the features of the national culture and regional culture, and communicates the fashion of the times.
