结肠镜单人操作老年人自身压迫法的临床分析

摘　　要：[目的]结肠镜单人操作老年人自身腹部压迫法在临床的应用。[方法]将2013年10月-2014年10月来我院消化内镜中心进行结肠镜检查288例老年患者分为2组,治疗组采用自身压迫法,对照组采用助手压迫法,对2种方法的操作成功率、进镜时间、疼痛评分进行比较分析。[结果]治疗组和对照组比较成功率分别为98.6%和95.1%;平均进镜时间分别为（5.5±3.0）min和（7.5±2.8）min（P〈0.05）;采用数字评价量表（NRS）评定患者疼痛程度的平均分数分别为（2.5±1.5）分和（5.1±2.2）分（P〈0.05）。全部检查均无严重并发症发生。[结论]结肠镜单人操作老年人自身腹部压迫法的成功率高,进镜时间短、患者疼痛程度轻,并发症少且简单易行值得临床推广应用。[Objective]To observe the clinical application of one-man colonoscopy combined with selfcompression by elderly people.[Methods]From October 2013 to October 2014,288 elderly patients were respectively examined with self-compression method and assistant compression method.The indicators of the rate of reaching ileocecum,inserting time and the pain score were compared.[Results]The rates of reaching ileocecum of self-compression method and assistant compression were 98.6%and 95.1%,respectively.The average inserting time of the two methods were（5.5±3.0）min and（7.5±2.8）min,respectively（P〈0.05）.The pain score by the NRS questionnaire of the two methods were 2.5±1.5and 5.1±2.2,respectively（P〈0.05）.No complications were observed in all examinations.[Conclusion]The method of oneman colonoscopy combine with self-abdominal compression by elderly people has a high successful rate,a shorter inserting time,which reduces the patients′pain with few complications,thus is worth clinical application.
