双歧三联活菌胶囊联合莫沙必利对动力障碍型功能性消化不良患者血清胃肠激素水平的影响及疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨双歧三联活菌胶囊联合莫沙必利对动力障碍型功能性消化不良(FD)患者血清胃肠激素水平的影响及疗效观察。[方法]选择动力障碍型FD患者86例,随机将其分为2组(试验组和对照组),每组均43例。试验组患者予以双歧三联活菌胶囊(420mg/次,3次/d,餐后约0.5h温水服用)联合莫沙必利(5mg/次,3次/d,餐前约0.5h口服),连用8周。对照组患者予以单纯的莫沙必利治疗,剂量、用法及疗程同试验组。观察2组患者治疗前和治疗8周后血清胃动素(MTL)和生长抑素(SS)水平的变化,并比较其临床疗效及药物不良反应。[结果]治疗8周后,2组患者血清MTL水平较治疗前明显上升,SS水平较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且试验组上升或下降程度比对照组更明显(P<0.05);同时试验组总有效率(95.35%)明显高于对照组(79.07%)(χ2=5.11,P<0.05);2组治疗期间共发生不良反应8例,其中对照组5例和试验组3例,症状较轻微,2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.14,P>0.05)。[结论]双歧三联活菌胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗动力障碍型FD患者的疗效明显优于单纯的莫沙必利治疗,且安全性较好,其作用机制可能与其能升高血清MTL水平,降低血清SS水平,更有效地改善胃肠道的动力,加快胃肠道的排空密切相关。[Objective]To observe the influence and curative effect of associated Bifidobacterium bifidum-sine capsules and Mosapride on serum gastrointestinal hormone level in patients with functional dyspepsia（FD）due to motor disturbance.[Methods]Eighty-six cases of patients with FD due to motor disturbance were selected,and divided into two groups（experimental group and control group）randomly,with 43 cases of patients in each group.The patients in experimental group were given Bifidobacterium bifidumsine capsules（420mg at a time,3times/d,taken with warm water about half an hour after meals）and Mosapride（5mg at a time,3times/d,taken about half an hour before meals）for 8weeks.The patients in the control group were just given Mosapride with the same dosage and course of treatment as in experimental group.The changes of serum motilin（MTL）and somatostatin（SS）levels of patients in two groups before and 8weeks after the medical treatment were observed,and the clinical curative effect and drug adverse re-action（DAR）were compared as well.[Results]After 8weeks＇medical treatment,MTL levels of patients in two groups were obviously raised compared with those before treatment,while SS levels obviously declined compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,and the rate of raising or declining in experimental group was much more noticeable than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in experimental group（95.35%）was obviously higher than that in control group（79.07%）（χ2=5.11,P〈0.05）as well.There were 8cases of patients having adverse reactions in total,5cases in experimental group and another 3cases in control group,and the symptom was slight.There was no statistically significant difference between the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.[Conclusion]The combined therapy of Bifidobacterium bifidum-sine capsules with Mosapride has better curative effect on patients with FD due to motor disturbance.It has good safety at the same time.Its me
