摘 要:某铁矿矿体属低品位厚大缓倾斜矿体,采用传统的VCR法开采时,顶板混入废石量大,采矿损失、贫化指标分别达24.5%、21.3%,底部出矿遗留矿石多。通过改善采场布置形式和优化参数,人造下盘出矿坡度,成功解决了高贫损难题,采矿、贫化指标分别降至12.1%、11.5%,实现了安全、高效、低贫损开采。As a gently-inclined,large and thick ore with low grade,an iron ore was mined by traditional VCR method.Subject to the large quantity of mixed waste rocks,the mining loss rate and dilution rate were respectively 24.5% and21.3%,with a great deal of ore left on the bottom.Through stope layout improvement,parameters optimization and establishment of an artificial slope for ore drawing at footwall,above problems were solved successfully.The optimized loss rate and dilution rate were respectively reduced to 12.1%and 11.5%,which achieved mining with high safety and efficiency,as well as low loss and dilution.
