摘 要:广西某选厂主要处理锡伴生多金属硫化矿,针对选厂流程复杂、锌硫难以分离、且使用剧毒抑制剂的特点,研究采用优先浮选原则流程替换原有流程,并以新型捕收剂LQ-1和LQ-2强化对脆硫铅锑矿和闪锌矿的选择性捕收,简化生产流程,实现无氰工艺。小型闭路试验结果表明:与有氰工艺流程相比,铅锑精矿铅、锑回收率分别提高了2.19,2.24个百分点,锌精矿Zn品位和回收率分别提高了2.21,5.01个百分点,经济效果显著。The multi-metallic sulfide ore associated with tin was processed in a dressing plant of Guangxi,which had complex production process and used sodium cyanide as depressant,and the zinc and sulfide were difficult to be separated.Accordingly,preferential flotation process was used to replace the previous process,and new collectors LQ-1and LQ-2were applied to strengthen the selectivity for collecting jamcsonite and sphalerite.Thus,the process was simplified and cyanogens-free technology was realized.The results of laboratory closed-circuit tests showed that the recoveries of Pb and Sb in lead-antimony concentrate were respectively raised by 2.19 and 2.24 percentage points;moreover,the grade and recovery of Zn in zinc concentrate were respectively increased by 2.21 and 5.01 percentage points,with remarkable economic effects.
