摘  要:针对煤矿井下避难硐室应急救援中温度控制困难的问题,以北辛窑煤矿永久避难硐室为模型,搭建了小尺寸避难硐室模拟实验舱,分别进行了无降温实验,小、中、大表面积冰块降温4组实验。与无降温实验相比,3种表面积冰块的降温效果显著,且大表面积冰块能够更快控制温度的上升,但在冷量相同的前提下,中、大表面积冰块最终降温效果仅相差0.2℃,可见考虑到蓄冰制冷的操作性和经济效益,选取合适的冰块尺寸与制冰量十分重要。It is still a difficult problem to control the temperature of refuge chamber in the emergency rescue of coal mine.According to this problem,a small cabin refuge chamber was established to simulate the permanent refuge chamber of Beixinyao coal mine.Four groups of experiments were conducted including experiment without cooling,as well as cooling experiments with small surface area ice,medium surface area ice and large surface area ice.Compared with the experiment without cooling,the cooling effects of other three kinds of experiments were significant and the large surface area ice can control the temperature more rapidly.However,under the same cooling volume,the difference of final cooling effects between large and medium surface area ice was only0.2℃.Therefore,taking the operational and economic benefits of ice thermal storage into account,the appropriate size and amount of the ice were very important.
