摘 要:为了有效控制正态分布式弧形板除雾器内部的压降,使气雾两相流流经除雾器后的压降符合标准。根据瓦斯细水雾流经正态分布式弧形板压降损失的数值模拟结果,优化出了几组效率较高的正态分布式弧形板除雾器,搭建了由供水系统、供风系统和测压系统等组成的测试平台,测试研究了除雾器的内部结构和流动参数对其压降的影响。试验得出:转折角、气流速度和除雾器级数是影响除雾器压降的主要因素。气流速度越大,除雾器压降越大;两级除雾器的压降远远大于一级除雾器的压降;压降随转折角的增大而减小。研究结果为正态分布式弧形板除雾器的工程应用和优化设计提供了依据。The pressure drop should be effectively controlled in normal distributed arc-plate demister,so as to meet the requirement after two-phase flow of gas and mist crossing the demister. Based on the simulated results for this process,several groups of normal distributed arc-plate demisters with high efficiency were optimized.The testing platform,which was composed by water supply system,air supply system and pressure measurement systems,was established.And the influence of internal structure and flow parameters on pressure drop was tested.The results showed that the main factors affecting on demister pressure included turning angle,airflow velocity and the levels of demister.The larger the gas flow velocity was,the greater the pressure drop became;the pressure drop of the first level demister was far less than the second levels';and with the increasing of the turning angle,the pressure drop decreased.The study had certain reference to the engineering applications and optimization of design on normal distributed arc-plate demister.
