摘　　要：在美国深入推行"亚太再平衡"战略、日本大力推进"解禁集体自卫权"立法进程、国际安全环境不断发生变化等背景下,日美两国于2013年10月正式开始了修订《日美防卫合作指针》的工作。经过"日美防卫合作小委员"(SDC)的具体运作、日美首脑及防务与外交高官的宏观推进后,"新指针"于2015年4月27日正式出台。与1997年版指针相比,新指针取消了"日本周边"这一地理限制,突出了日美防卫合作的"全球性质";打破了原有的"三种事态"划分方法,强调了日美防卫合作的"无缝"体制;还增加了太空与网络空间等领域的合作内容。新指针的出台必将促进日美防卫合作的一体化进程,推动日本"解禁集体自卫权"的相关立法工作,并增强对中国的遏制态势。On April 27 of 2015, Japan and the US once again revised the Japan-US Defense Cooperation Guidelines after 18 years, which has resulted in the 2015 version of Guidelines （called the New G result of their adaptation to uid the th el e Japan-US Defense ines hereafter） Cooperation This is the adjustment of national security strategies and changes of the international security situation In addition, such cooperation contents as islands defense, joint surveillance and Japanese self-defense forces escorting warships have been reinforced in the New Guidelines, which directed to China. the US may have
