城市中心区工业建筑外部界面改造设计方法研究

摘　　要：城市产业结构布局的调整使得城市中心区内的大量工业建筑在城市更新中经由改造再利用进入生活领域,其外部界面需要全新的面目适应这一转变。论文对工业建筑外部界面改造的影响因素进行了分析,结合当代中国城市中心区改造的现实和特征,认为场所环境、功能需求、结构实体、技术选择四个方面影响着其外部界面的改造结果。在此基础上,当代建筑多元文化的异常繁盛则为改造后的外部界面融入现代生活,体现时代特征提供了参考视角。论文结合当前实践中的优秀案例,提出了基于"工业美学"表达、基于生态环境营造、基于场所精神表达、基于多元建筑理论的改造设计方法,为后续的改造实践提供了一定的理论借鉴。The adjustments of the layout of urban industrial structure make lots of industrial buildings enter the field of life in urban renewal from the field of manufacture through reform and recycle. In order to adapt to the change, an entirely new face needs to put on external interface. By analyzing influencing factors on the transformation of external interface of industrial architecture, the author of this thesis holds the view that elements including location, function, structure, and technology influence the transformation outcomes. The trend of contemporary architectural culture development provides reference for external interface after transformation to emerge into modern life, Combined with current outstanding cases, the thesis proposes design methods based on ＂industrial aesthetic＂ expression, ecological environment construction, genius loci expression, and multiple architectural theory, providing reference for the further reform practice.
