摘　　要：当前城市的新区规划已从重视物质空间的理性规划逐渐转向关注人文情怀的生态规划。合肥市滨湖新区的生态规划从功能、交通、社会三位一体出发,结合城市特色的自然资源和人文资源,使之成为"易居、易达、易情"的新型生态之城。其规划设计理念和内容值得进行研究总结,并为接下来城市新区的开发建设提供参考借鉴。The current city planning from attaches great importance to the physical space of rational planning gradually turned to focus on ecological planning of humanity. Hefei binhu new area＇s ecological planning starting from the function, transportation, social trinity, combined with the natural resources and cultural resources of the city characteristics built into ＂e-house, accessibility, easy feeling＂ of the new type of ecological city. Its design idea and the content which should be summarized research, and provide reference for the next city new city development and construction of reference.
