摘　　要：传统的城市开发方式导致城市化问题严重,从城市层面进行海绵城市的规划建设,使雨水自然积存、渗透、净化,从而减轻洪涝对城市运行的影响,维持城市开发前的自然水文特征,为水资源的生态循环奠定坚实基础。The traditional way of urban development urbanization cause serious problems, urban planning and construction sponges from the city level, so that rain can naturally accumulate, infiltration, purification, thereby reducing the impact of floods on the city running, maintaining the natural hydrological characteristics of urban development before, to lay a solid foundation for the ecological cycle of water resources.
