ERCP术治疗合并华支睾吸虫感染的胆道梗阻疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨合并华支睾吸虫感染的胆道梗阻患者行内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)术治疗的有效性。方法:选取2011年1月至2012年2月江门市中心医院消化内科收治的190例胆道梗阻患者,根据是否合并华支睾吸虫感染分组,实验组73例合并华支睾吸虫感染,对照组117例未合并华支睾吸虫感染,两组均行ERCP治疗,对比两组的手术结果及血白细胞(WBC)、总胆红素(TBIL)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGTP)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)等生化检验指标。结果:实验组均能顺利完成手术,术后症状缓解;实验组的WBC、TBIL、GGTP、ALT较治疗前均显著改善(P<0.05),与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ERCP术用于合并华支睾吸虫感染的胆道梗阻患者疗效显著,能够有效改善患者的临床症状及肝功能。Objective To investigate and research merge clonorchiasis infected patients with biliary obstruction underwent endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography（ERCP） the effectiveness of the treatment. Methods The study selected between January 2011 to February 2012 in our hospital treated 190 cases of gastroenterology patients with biliary obstruction, depending on whether the merger clonorchiasis infection group, the experimental group and 73 cases with Clonorchis trematode infection control group of 117 patients with non clonorchiasis infected patients, two patients underwent ERCP treatment, surgical results compared two groups of patients and white blood cell（WBC）, total bilirubin（TBIL）, glutamyl GGT（GGTP）, alanine aminotransferase（ALT） and other biochemical test indicators. Results All patients in the experimental group successfully completed the surgery, postoperative symptoms; former WBC experimental group, TBIL, GGTP, ALT significantly improved compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）,no significant difference（P compared to the same period in the control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusions ERCP technique for combining clonorchiasis infected patients with biliary obstruction is still a significant effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of liver function in patients, worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
