摘　　要：目的:观察乳果糖口服液治疗婴幼儿功能性便秘的疗效和不良反应。方法:2012年10月-2014年10月我院儿科门诊治疗功能性便秘的患儿60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用家庭教育,行为治疗,饮食调整,适量运动等综合治疗,必要时使用开塞露通便,清除嵌塞等对症治疗。观察组在综合治疗基础上,口服乳果糖口服液治疗,疗程14 d,观察便秘改善情况。结果:观察组总有效率86.7%,对照组总有效率43.3%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:乳果糖口服液治疗婴幼儿功能性便秘,疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic and side effects of lactulose oral solution for treatment of functional constipation of infants. Method 60 patients of functional constipation of infants were divided into two groups randomly. The control groups were treated with basic approach, including family education, behavioral therapy, dietary changes and mild workout. The experimental groups were treated with lactulose oral solution for 14 days. Constipation was observed. Results The effective rate was 86.7% in the experimental group and 43.3% in the control. Conclusion It is effective to treat functional constipation of infants using lactulose oral solution.
