摘　　要：目的:探讨带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣移植治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法:对10例青壮年股骨颈骨折患者行切开复位内固定,取带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣移植于股骨颈骨折处,观察其临床疗效。结果:10例患者获随访,9例患者骨性愈合,愈合时间一般为6个月。1例术后发生股骨头缺血性坏死。结论:带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣移植治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折的临床效果显著,减少术后股骨头缺血性坏死的发生率。Objective To study iliac bone fl ap with deep iliac vascular pedicle to treat femoral neck fracture in young adults. Methods 10 cases with femoral neck fracture in young adults received open reduction and internal fi xation, and iliac bone fl ap with deep iliac vascular pedicle transplantation in femoral neck fracture, observe its clinical effect. Results 10 cases received followup, 9 cases of patients with osseous healing, the time of healing was 6 months.1 case happened femoral head avascular necrosis. Conclusion Iliac bone fl ap with deep iliac vascular pedicle transplantation can provide adequate blood supply for fracture, and reduce the incidence of femoral head necrosis, and internal fi xation of compression screw is stable and reliable,improve the cure rate of patients.
